If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Note : Since the products purchased from the Exclusive category are personalized with stones, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange period for your order. If you wish to exchange the product you received for another item, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that shipping and customs fees for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
